Welcome to join us for an evening to celebrate drag racing and honour the 2024 award winners in
FIA European Drag Racing Championship, FIM Europe Championship, Summit Racing EDRS Series cars and bikes, EDRS NMC
and awards from Svemo (Swedish Motorsport Federation) National Championships.

Preparty mingle from 17.30  Dresscode: Smart Casual (Jacket/Blazer)

During the award ceremony, a three-course dinner will be served and our hosts will guide you through the evening.After the prize ceremony, there will be a disco near the bar where you can show off your dance moves💃🏻🕺🏻!! It will be a action-packed evening to celebrate and meet your racing buddies and friends and make plans for the next season.

David Vegter runner-up in FIA European Pro Modified Championship

David Vegter finished the 2024 season with a more than excellent second position in the FIA ​​European Pro Modified Championship. With around twenty participants per race, participants from ten different countries and 36 drivers who scored points this year, Pro Modified is the most competitive and most international class of the FIA ​​European Drag Racing Championship. But still, there were mixed feelings for Vegter and his team Vegter Pro Mod Racing. In almost all races, the Dutchman was the quickest driver on the track, led the championship for a long time, but missed the title by a minimal margin because bad luck struck at the most decisive moment of the season.

Winners and champions crowned at the FIM-E Euro Finals

The 2024 FIM-E Dragbike season came to a close after a long and spectacular eliminations day at Santa Pod Raceway. Overnight heavy rain and then some unwelcome delays caused by more rain and oildowns pushed the event completion right up to the local curfew, but with all eliminators decided wrapped up in the gloom and champions crowned.

Jndia Erbacher, Jonny Lagg, Jere Rantaniemi and Jimmy Ålund clinch the FIA European Drag Racing titles in European Finals thriller

Jndia Erbacher (Top Fuel), Jonny Lagg (Top Methanol), Jere Rantaniemi (Pro Modified) and Jimmy Ålund (Pro Stock) claimed the 2024 FIA European Drag Racing Championship titles in their respective categories at the European Finals at Santa Pod Raceway. It was an action packed day at Santa Pod with eliminations full of upsets and drama with unexpected outcomes. In Top Fuel and Pro Modified Erbacher and Rantaniemi started race day from the third position in the championship to claim the title at the end of the day and win the race in their respective categories. Lagg had to wait until the outcome of the final, won by Sandro Bellio, before he was sure about another title. In Pro Stock Ålund already secured his 13th title in this category in qualifying, but lost in the first round of eliminations, while Robin Norén claimed his first win of the season.

Jndia Erbacher, Sandro Bellio, Andres Arnover and Jimmy Ålund number one qualifiers at European Finals

Jndia Erbacher (Top Fuel), Sandro Bellio (Top Methanol), Andres Arnover (Pro Modified) and Jimmy Ålund (Pro Stock) claimed the number one qualifying positions at the European Finals at Santa Pod Raceway in England and will lead their respective categories into Sunday’s eliminations at the fifth and final round of the 2024 FIA European Drag Racing Championship. Three of these four drivers were also the leaders after Friday qualifying and all four also claimed the number one qualifying spots at Hockenheim two weeks ago.

Tommi Haapanen, Sandro Bellio, Andres Arnover and Jimmy Ålund leaders after the first day of qualifying for the European Finals

Tommi Haapanen is the provisional number one qualifier in Top Fuel with a great 3.89 second ET after the first day of qualifying for the European Finals, the fifth and final round of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship at Santa Pod Raceway in England. In Top Methanol Sandro Bellio is in the lead after day one, while Andres Arnover stormed to a great 5.78 seconds to take the lead in Pro Modified. In Pro Stock Jimmy Ålund once again claimed the provisional number one qualifying position with 6.62 seconds.
